The subject matter of each body of work is structured around the variety of lines, forming shapes and textures. These textures form patterns that resemble the complexity of textiles. These elements of art have had me question the visual language of the aesthetics of chaos in fragmentation of the thought process. The cyanotype creates a blueprint for me to express my inner workings of intricate overlays and strong movements with the combination of monotypes. Resulting in a post symbolic representation of chaos but is aesthetically pleasing to the viewer.
